Samsun Archeology and Ethnography Museum; It is a museum in Samsun, which exhibits artifacts belonging to Chalcolithic, Early Bronze, Hittite, Hellenistic, Roman and Ottoman periods. It is located in the city center, near the Governorship of Samsun.

The construction of the museum started in 1976 and was opened on 19 May 1981. Stone works such as marble columns, column cap, stele, lion statue, which were exhibited in the courtyard of Samsun Motor Art School and Technical High School, were taken under protection in this way.

The museum is divided into two sections where archaeological and ethnographic artifacts are exhibited. In the archaeological section, artifacts dating from the Chalcolithic period to the Roman period are exhibited, while in the ethnographic section ethnographic bindals, peshkirs, money and watch pouches, manuscript Qurans, ornaments, weapons, kitchenware, carpets and rugs are displayed. In the garden of the museum there are works of Classical, Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman periods.

The new museum building, which was under construction in January 2016, was temporarily closed until it became operational.
