The mosque, which is entered into the interior and the walls of the eastern castle with the typical ornaments of the Anatolian Seljuk Principalities and supported by solid buttresses, has a rectangular plan.
During the reign of Mehmet Bey's son Ibrahim Bey, he underwent major repairs in 1482-1483. Today's minaret was built in 1925.
It is a rectangular structure close to the square. The entrance was shifted to the west, the entrance was arranged in the form of an iwan, the harim part was in the north-south direction and a transition was made to the front dome of the mihr with a Turkish triangle. The north side of the structure shows a 2-storey arrangement. The interior has kept its originality. It is gothic with the sharpening of the arches in the interior. The mihrab is a plaster material.
