The Clock Tower, located in the city center of Aksaray, was built in 2014 by Haluk Şahin Yazgı, Mayor of Aksaray. According to Fate, Abdulhamid II ordered the clock tower in the provinces where he was located. The affected mayor fulfilled this order 140 years later.
