Yenesu Cave is located within the borders of Balkaya Village in Kırklareli province, Vize district. It is on the right side of Yandere, the branch of Kazandere, east of Balkaya Village. The entrance of the cave is 5 m above the creek.

The cave consists of two branches formed at different times within the Eocene aged limestones. Since the main gallery at the entrance contains flow, it is one of the active caves. Wear patterns are also available, such as polished surfaces, flow marks and small gauges. After the middle section there are stalactites, stalagmites and curtain dripstones. After this, there are 600 m long soda sticks, stalactite stalagmite, active part with columns. A colony of Mediterranean horseshoe-nosed bats (Rhinolophus euryale) lives in the cave.
