Parhali church and chapels
Parhali Church, which is the main church of the monastery, has a rectangular plan (28.40x18.65 meters from the outside). In terms of plan type and dimensions, it is largely similar to the Church of Othta Eklesia. Built in the 10th century, the church is a three-aisled basilica. During its conversion to a mosque, the interior of the north of the church was closed by knitting and the mihrab in the south was converted into a niche.

The facades of the church were built with cut stone using neat workmanship. The arrangement created by the blind arches in the Church of Othta Eklesia is also applied here. The upper arches of the windows have figured decorations made with embossed technique. The wall paintings of the Parhali Church have survived in part. The wall paintings were plastered when the church was converted into a mosque. The Parhali Church is one of the largest surviving structures in Tao-Klarceti.

Of the two chapels (chapels) of the monastery, the first chapel is located 1.5 kilometers south of the main church, close to an old road. The second chapel is 1 km southwest of the main church, on the side of the road leading to the first chapel. Both chapels remained largely standing.
