Today's Orhan mosque is unlike the first mosque in terms of structure. 1316/1318 years above the minaret of the building II. Abdulhamit shows the date it was rebuilt in time. The mosque of the old Ada village, which was destroyed, was renovated between 1893/1894 under the leadership of Mehmet Nüzhet Pasha, the district governor of Adapazarı.

The wooden roof of the mosque is domed and covered with tile. The minaret which was demolished in 1967 Mudurnu earthquake was repaired, but it was rebuilt from the profile in the Gölcük earthquake in 1999.

Until recently, the walls of the mosque surrounded by a concrete courtyard have been removed and landscaped. Sakarya Orhan Mosque was built in Uganda with the help of Sakarya people.
