Information About Eskişehir Aviation Museum
The Eskişehir Aviation Museum was restored in 1988, mainly by the Aircraft and Maintenance Command. The museum located on the Ankara-Istanbul road is in the form of an open-air museum and the Anadolu University Yunus Emre Campus. The management of the museum was transferred to Anadolu University with the protocol signed on 24 September 2011. The total area of the museum is 39.000 m2.
The museum has an open area, civilian and combat aircraft of various types and models, one police helicopter, pilot pilot, badges, model planes and aircraft engines in the indoor space.
A cargo plane is transformed into a cafeteria shape; but now a cafeteria was lifted and turned into an office. Restore protected for over 20 years.
