Information About Edirne Clock Tower
Clock Tower Edirne, Turkey Edirne province, built on a bush in the walls of the castle of the same name in the center and destroyed the upper part of today, the bushes, the foundation is still standing clock tower. In 1886, the tower was transformed into a clock tower with an additional section built of wood. In 1894 this wooden part was demolished and a new tower was built using stones and bricks instead. In 1953, the earthquake was damaged and demolished the same year.
