          In the first zoo was established in Turkey in 1937 in a 18-acre area Culture. 30 years in November 2008. The 425-acre area in Cigli Sasalı was converted into Turkey's first Wildlife Park. Animals brought from Izmir Zoo and abroad live here like their own natural habitats without a field cage and wire. 120 species: 1500 animals live. There are 3000 trees and 250 plant species. There are surfing bands and watchtowers to visit the Natural Life Park and to be able to watch the animals in their natural surroundings. At the entrance of the park, there is a pond measuring 8,450 square meters in which a large number of water birds will live.

 

          In the park, there are playgrounds where children can play horseback riding, stables and poultry chapters. There are artificial visual reagents such as cages and wires between the visitors and the animals in the park. Instead of these reagents, natural inhibitors such as water and trenches are used in a natural way. İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Assembly on January 11, 2010 in accordance with the unanimous decision in the direction of the İzmir Natural Life Park European Zoo and Aquariums (EAZA)
On April 3, 2011, after review inspection, he became a full member of EAZA. With more than 300 members from 35 countries, EAZA carries out campaigns to ensure that biodiversity is endangered and that animal species that are attracting attention every day are consumed.
